Kindly select your preferred outfit and complete the order form by providing your active and valid email address and contact number at www.mswee.com.ph. Once done, you may either add the item to your cart or proceed directly to the Checkout page.
Kindly review your cart to see the order summary, including your order number and the corresponding payment instructions.
WHAT ARE THE MODE OF PAYMENTS?
Ms. Wee accepts major Credit and Debit Cards, E-Wallet such as GCash, Maya, ShopeePay and QR PH Payments, all securely processed via Paymongo. Simply select the “Paymongo” option at checkout to complete your payment securely.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders not exceeding ₱3,000. To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process, all COD orders are subject to Order Confirmation before being released for delivery.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
YES, We Offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
You may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) upon checkout for orders not exceeding ₱3,000.
To avoid delays or failed deliveries, please make sure to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact number.
Please use this payment option only if you are certain that someone will be available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
Kindly note that all COD orders are subject to Order Confirmation before being released for delivery.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT?
Payments may take up to FEW HOURS to be verified. A confirmation update will be provided once your order has been successfully processed.
Kindly ensure to check your email and SMS regularly, as all order updates and notifications are sent securely via email and SMS.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 WORKING DAYS. Please note that Sundays and Regular Holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe. Our processing and delivery operations run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Philippines Standard Time.

HOW DO I COUNT MY ORDER DELIVERY DAYS?
You may begin counting your delivery days once you have received an email notification confirming that your order has been processed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure your email is active and correct at checkout.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGED MY ORDER?
You may send your request via email to mswee.orders@gmail.com. Please note that all requests are subject to review and may only be accommodated if your order is still in the “PENDING” stage and has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been “PROCESSED,” it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the invoice is considered final and no further modifications can be made.
